Repositionable reservoir
Bianca's water tank is housed inside an external "backpack" to prevent the water from potentially heating up.

It can be repositioned on one of the three lateral parts of the machine to best adapt to the available spaces.

Furthermore, it can be easily removed for cleaning.

Measures the true extraction pressure
Through the pressure gauge mounted directly on the E61 group, it is possible to measure the actual pressure applied to the coffee pellet, for even more precise and punctual control of the extraction.

Wooden handle (paddle)
By turning the handle, the flow of water onto the coffee pellet is varied in real time until maximum pressure is reached.
In this way it is possible to manually modulate the extraction to obtain the best result in the cup with all types of coffees or blends.

Bodywork and parts made of stainless steel (water drawer)
The body and water collection drawer of Bianca are made of polished AISI 304 steel, the king of materials, for infinite durability, an aesthetic appearance and unparalleled ease of cleaning.

Hot water steam nozzles with technology cool touch
The new Lelit steam and hot water nozzles, with their new ergonomic geometry, are all Cool touch.

This helps to avoid potential burns, clean the nozzles easily and prevent limescale buildup.

Adjustable feet
The feet of the Bianca machine are made of wood, the same material used for the other details of the machine, and are height-adjustable - thus ensuring optimal stability of the machine on all surfaces and, in case of connection to the hydraulic network, an adjustment of the tilt of the machine to empty the water easily.

Energy saving
Bianca is manufactured with a sophisticated energy-saving system.

This allows you to program a time of stand by after which the steam boiler is deactivated and the coffee boiler is maintained at a temperature of 70°C, with a cup warmer efficiency of 80%.

This ensures a machine recovery time of approximately 10 minutes and significant energy savings.

Technical parameters
A high-performance machine like Bianca must be able to adapt to the various operating conditions and extraction requirements of each barista.

To this end, Bianca is equipped with a technical submenu that allows customization of parameters, such as the temperature of the thermal block.
