Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The satisfaction of our customers comes first.
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, we will exchange or refund it within 30 days following the date of purchase.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened.
- Items that are opened, damaged, or otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Promotional items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if they have been used.
RETURN PROCEDURE & EXCHANGE
RETURNS
We assume return shipping costs only for all products with a defect or broken during transport.
For all other reasons, the customer must cover the transport costs to our warehouse through his choice (Canada Post, Purolator, direct exchange in store...)
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, the customer will assume the costs of returning the item to be exchanged and sending the new item through their choice (Canada Post, Purolator, direct exchange in store...).
REFUNDS
Once the products are received at Ma Caféine, we will reimburse the card used when ordering.
