The integrated vacuum pump removes air to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of the coffee by up to 50%.
Simply twist the lid back and forth to expel the air from inside, and watch the dot on the vacuum lock indicator drop to reveal a green ring. The "vacuum" is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of your coffee or tea.
A silicone seal prevents air, moisture, odors or other substances from seeping in.

Ability :
• 700 ml container: up to 280 g (10 oz) coffee beans
• 1.2 L container: up to 450 g (16 oz) coffee beans

The Atmos is designed to maintain a vacuum for approximately 3 to 4 days, allowing you to keep your coffee beans fresh throughout the week. It is not designed for long-term storage. As your coffee releases gas, you may see the level on the indicator drop or disappear completely. In this case, you may need to release the pressure and close the lid. The speed and intensity of degassing vary depending on the freshness of the roast, the type of coffee, and the roast level. In short, the less gas there is, the better your Atmos container will maintain its airtight seal!

Do not place Atmos upside down when storing contents inside. Avoid putting fine powders inside: flour, finely ground coffee, etc.
This can clog the "vacuum cleaner" lid.
