Produced according to the Bai Hao aesthetic using the Qingshin cultivar, a favorite among Taiwanese, this "Oriental beauty" comes from plantations located on the slopes of Mount Jingmai in Yunnan, China. Its long, ochre and khaki-hued leaves release rich aromas of peel and cooked pears as soon as they are steeped in water.
Its attractive amber liquor boasts sweet and tangy flavors reminiscent of citrus zest. The finish gently caresses the palate with hints of sweet spices (cinnamon) and heady floral notes.
